Privacy Policy.

The short version

This is a personal site. I collect as little as possible, I do not sell anything to anyone, and you can ask me to delete your data at any time by emailing matt@chiefmediaoffice.com.

What I collect

• Newsletter signups. If you enter your email address in the newsletter form, that address is stored so I can send you occasional emails. Nothing else is stored with it.
• Messages you send me. The contact form opens a draft in your own email application — it does not submit anything to this website. Whatever you choose to send arrives in my inbox like any other email.
• Standard server logs. The hosting platform records routine request information (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and reliability.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not currently run an analytics container, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated before any tracking is enabled.

Where the data lives

Newsletter addresses are stored in a managed Postgres database with access restricted so that submissions can be written but not publicly read back. Nothing is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by emailing me.
• Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data.
• Ask what I hold about you and I will tell you plainly.
